Hi, I'm Valerie. And this is Nature of MIND. Welcome. I'm so glad you're here. I created Nature of MIND to help people – especially busy midlifers like myself - pause, reset and reconnect with what matters most. By day, I work in a corporate setting. But my deeper work is this: exploring how we can use mindfulness, compassion and science-backed habits to navigate the noise of modern life with more clarity and calm. I'm trained as a mindfulness teacher and mental health coach. But before that, I was just someone trying to figure out how to feel better – less stressed, more present and more at home in myself.
