​​Nourish your mind, body and spirit with a day of self-care and connection!

Our day retreats offer a unique opportunity to be immersed in a peaceful and supportive retreat atmosphere, with a convenient location and duration that fit into your busy schedule. It’s a gift you can give yourself on a regular basis!
Throughout the day, you will be guided through a series of gentle meditation, yoga and breathwork practices designed to reconnect with your body and untangle your mind. All levels of experience are welcome. We will practice both in the indoor studio and outdoors in the garden (weather permitting).

After a brief introduction, we will spend most of the day in silence. We kindly request that you leave your cell phone in the car or at home, in order that we may be present with ourselves and one another.

Delicious vegetarian lunch and snacks are provided, as well as herbal tea throughout the day. Please inform us if you have specific dietary requirements.

Following the official closing, participants have the option to enjoy a relaxing sauna and/or dip into the swimming pool. Towels are provided; please bring a bathing suit if you wish to participate.

This retreat is lovingly hosted at our home near Antwerp, in Hove. If you are coming by train, we will gladly arrange transportation from the Kontich train station or you may choose to walk (approximately 15 minutes). Address and further instructions will be shared upon registration.
