What To Expect
Throughout the day, you will be guided through a series of gentle meditation, yoga and breathwork practices designed to reconnect with your body and untangle your mind. All levels of experience are welcome. We will practice both in the indoor studio and outdoors in the garden (weather permitting). After a brief introduction, we will spend most of the day in silence. Participants are invited to leave their cell phone in the car or at home so that we may be present with ourselves and one another. A delicious vegetarian lunch is provided, as well as herbal tea throughout the day. Please indicate in your registration if you have any specific dietary requirements. |
