Coaching
What happens in a discovery call?

We'll spend 20-30 minutes getting to know each other and discussing what you're hoping to achieve. There's no pressure—it's simply a chance to see if we're a good fit and answer any questions you might have.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to make changes but aren't sure where to start, coaching can help. You don't need to have everything figured out—just a willingness to explore and try new approaches.

What if I can't stick to a regular schedule?
Life happens, and I understand that. We'll work together to find a rhythm that works for you, and sessions can be rescheduled as needed within reason.

Do I need any prior experience with mindfulness?
Not at all. Whether you're completely new to mindfulness or have some experience, we'll meet you where you are and build from there.

What happens after the 5 sessions?
Many clients find that 5 sessions give them a solid foundation and clear direction. You'll also have a complimentary maintenance session within the following 12 months to check in and reinforce what you've learned.

How is this different from therapy?
Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented, helping you create the life you want rather than processing past experiences. If you're dealing with clinical depression, anxiety, or trauma, therapy might be more appropriate.

What if I don't see results?
Change takes time, and everyone's journey is different. We'll regularly check in on your progress and adjust our approach as needed to ensure you're getting the most from our work together.
